When writing a paper of any kind it is important to think about the audience that your paper is intended for. Since my research paper deals with the stock market, the intended audience and the types of people that would be interested in my paper are people that are either interested in learning more about the stock market, or people that deal with the stock market on a day to day basis. It is also important to make sure when your writing your paper that you don’t bring up examples that everyone knows about. If you avoid writing about things that everyone knows about, it will be more interesting for the reader to read and it will be easier for you to write about it if it is new information. The best way that I have found to get your audience excited about reading your paper is to introduce an anecdote or an emotional story. The story you tell doesn’t have to be too emotional or even a personal experience. The story that you tell should just be a somewhat emotional experience or hardship that relates to the topic you will be talking about in your paper. Another way to keep your audience reading your paper is to provide the definition or definitions to certain key words in your paper that might be difficult for the audience to understand. You can even offer a historical background for the subject you will be talking about to give your audience a better grasp at the concept that you are trying to convey.stock-market-down
